The Hakka MX is our answer to the Swiss Army Knife.
LIGHTWEIGHT
With its ultra-verÂsaÂtile geomÂeÂtry and 1000g frame weight, the HakÂka MX is just as hapÂpy crushÂing the local club ride as is it is jumpÂng barÂriÂers or campÂing out.
VERSATILE
It’s good to have options. With the HakÂka MX, you can run road, cross, and gravÂel-friendÂly 700c wheels, or, if you are into burliÂer backÂcounÂtry exploÂration, go with 27.5/650B. With the HakÂka MX, you don’t have to pick one tire option or the othÂer. Our subÂtle sculpted ÂchainÂstays give the frame clearÂance for up to 700 x 40c or 27.5 x 2.1″ tires.
CABLE ROUTING OPTIONS GALORE
No matÂter what driÂveÂtrain you preÂfer, 1x, elecÂtronÂic, or 2x, the HakÂka MX has you covÂered. The frame has interÂnal cable routÂing proÂviÂsions for every driÂveÂtrain on the marÂket, plus a dropÂper post. We’ve even includÂed a slick Di2 batÂtery mount inside the downtube.
BOTTOM BRACKET
We’ve tried every botÂtom brackÂet under the sun and in the end, we haven’t found anyÂthing that’s more reliÂable than a threadÂed BB. Our HakÂka feaÂtures the T47 BB stanÂdard, which uses 30mm bearÂings, enabling you to use the recent crop of lightÂweight cranksets. This is the best way to comÂbine a threadÂed BB with 30mm spinÂdle comÂpatÂiÂbilÂiÂty. It’s lightÂweight, quiÂet, and durable, because no one likes a creaky bike.
DISC BRAKES & FENDER MOUNTS
The HakÂka MX has flat-mount disc mounts and fits a 160mm rotor. The ENVE G Series GravÂel fork has fendÂer eyeÂlets, interÂnal cable routÂing, and monÂster clearÂance for 700c x 50c or 27.5 x 2.25″ tires. There’s also a removÂable rear fendÂer mount on the seat stays.
